Availability for more clients: I’m looking to connect with down-to-earth, optimistic founders who are building cool things and aren’t afraid of a little pushback when it’s needed.

My Journey - Swapping London’s double-deckers for Jacksonville’s palm trees at 16 was a crash course in adaptability.

Moving from one of the world’s most diverse, fast-paced cities to a slower, more close-knit community taught me how to navigate different cultures, connect with people from all walks of life, and find common ground no matter where I landed.

It shaped my ability to thrive in unfamiliar environments, tackle challenges head-on, and remain curious about the world—traits that have become the foundation of my career.

Before I even knew what a Chief of Staff was, I was out here saying yes to anything and everything, collecting skills like Pokémon cards.

Now, I support two founders at an early-stage fintech startup, helping them scale their vision, streamline operations, and free up time for the big-picture stuff.

Whether it’s cleaning up a GitHub repository, drafting cold email outreach, or diving into research on VC funds, I thrive on making things work so founders can focus on building their vision.

If you’re an early-stage founder looking for someone who can adapt, connect the dots, and keep your team moving forward with a bit of humor, let’s chat.
